Begun in 2015, LMC is the creation of Hugh Elliott. Aspects of the project were to capture the motion of an individual performing a task. In an effort to translate that to light, LEDs on tensor bandages were affixed to the hands and feet of the person and a long exposure photo was taken.

During Pride Month 2021, Hugh evolved the work by creating a metre-long light bar and setting the colors on it to the early Pride flag; red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. He then set out to shooting in different locales. To read more about the project, check out this blog post.
